When you create an account, we collect your email address, country, and — for creators — a display name, and for brands — a company name. When you connect a social media account (TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram), we collect your handle and the performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) of the specific posts you submit for campaign tracking.
We access social platform data only through each platform's official API, and only to read performance metrics on content you've already posted publicly — for example, TikTok's Display API (video.list scope). We never post, edit, or delete content on your behalf, and we don't access private messages, contacts, or any data outside what's needed to verify campaign performance.
We use this information to operate the marketplace: matching creators to campaigns, calculating verified earnings from real view counts, processing payouts, detecting fraudulent activity (bot views, fake engagement), and communicating with you about your account.
Brands can see the performance metrics and approval status of submissions made to their own campaigns. We share payment details with our payment processor (PayPal) to process payouts and deposits. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for financial recordkeeping and tax documentation.
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
